You have access to the complete list of students registered this semester. Design a stratified random sample and a quota sample of students at State University, where the student population has the following salient characteristics: 50% male, 50% female; 75% white, not Hispanic, 25% racial or ethnic minority. Discuss the different procedures for each and explain the advantages and disadvantages of each.
