In many cities across the United States,there are calls for the demolition of public housing,pointing at disrepair,mold,and infestation as reasons to redevelop.However,these properties are all owned and managed by a government entity.Present an argument for whether or not the deterioration of public housing,the demolition of people's homes,and the displacement of the poor,mostly residents of color,could be considered a state crime.
