Elliot purchased a bicycle helmet for his son, Michael. Elliot had seen a sticker on the box with large CSSA letters on it. Elliot mistook this for the Canadian Standards Association mark of approval. In reality, the sticker represented that the product had passed the Company Safety Standard Application.
