Wiley is an unscrupulous individual and alters the amount of the check from $100.00 to $1000.00 and presents the check to Jacobi Bank in Billings, Montana who cashes the check for Wiley. Shortly thereafter, Wiley skips town to pursue a life as an interior designer in Los Angeles, California for Jamie Interiors. After several months, authorities track down Wiley "Coyote" Smith who is absolutely broke as his interior decorating skills are deplorable and no one seeks his services. Kinslee Jones wants her money back and pursues legal action.
